Course delivery: 91桃色 offers both face-to-face instruction on campus and online virtual learning. Most degree programs will be delivered through face-to-face instruction on campus unless otherwise specified. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 (also known as the Buckley Amendment) is a federal privacy law affording students certain rights with respect to their education records. 91桃色 complies fully with this law. Student Disability Accommodations Policy The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act prohibit discrimination against individuals with disabilities. 听The purpose of these laws is to remove barriers that prevent qualified individuals with disabilities from enjoying the same opportunities available to persons without disabilities. 听A student with a disability who wishes to request a reasonable accommodation must contact the Coordinator of the Academic Success Center at 913-971-3387 or asc@mnu.edu.
